Factory Lead Certification Program

The Factory Lead Certification Program prepares factory staff to implement the RBA Code at their facility. It is designed to help RBA members, RFI members, their supply chain partners, and other interested parties understand common standards and supply chain challenges. Factories with a Certified Lead have average audits scores more than 25 percent higher than factories that do not have a Lead.

The Factory Lead Certification is intended for factory staff who are responsible for implementing the RBA Code. It is a professional designation to help RBA members, RFI members, their suppliers, and other interested parties ensure a common understanding of the RBA Code elements and some of the challenges with implementation. The core curriculum, which takes approximately 30 hours to complete, can be taken on-demand in the RBA eLearning Academy – making it convenient for factory staff to take courses at their own pace.

By achieving the RBA Factory Lead designation, participants will have a solid understanding of:

  1. The RBA Code of Conduct and how to Apply it in Factories
